Life or Death

Job 14:14 If a man die, shall he live again?

Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
Matthew 25: 31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:

43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

God's desire

God desires all men to be saved!!!!!!!!!
I Timothy 2:4-6
4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

God's Accuracy

God's Accuracy......... The Facts

This is awesome! How Great is our God!!!

Our Creator and Redeemer . . . and do we THINK about it???

God's accuracy may be observed in the hatching of eggs. . . . .

For example:

-the eggs of the potato bug hatch in 7 days;

-those of the canary in 14 days;

-those of the barnyard hen in 21 days;

-The eggs of ducks and geese hatch in 28 days;

-those of the mallard in 35 days;

-The eggs of the parrot and the ostrich hatch in 42 days. (Notice, they are all divisible by seven, the

number of days in a week!)

God's wisdom is seen in the making of an elephant. The four legs of this great beast all bend forward in the same direction. No other quadruped is so made. God planned that this animal would have a huge body, too large to live on two legs. For this reason He gave it four fulcrums so that it can rise from the ground easily.

The horse rises from the ground on its two front legs first. A cow rises from the ground with its two hind legs first. How wise the Lord is in all His works of creation!

God's wisdom is revealed in His arrangement of sections and segments, as well as in the number of grains.

-Each watermelon has an even number of stripes on the rind.

-Each orange has an even number of segments.

-Each ear of corn has an even number of rows.

-Each stalk of wheat has an even number of grains.

-Every bunch of bananas has on its lowest row an even number of bananas, and each row decreases by one, so that one row has an even number and the next row an odd number.

-The waves of the sea roll in on shore twenty-six to the minute in all kinds of weather.

-All grains are found in even numbers on the stalks, and the Lord specified thirty fold, sixty fold, and a hundred fold all even numbers.

God has caused the flowers to blossom at certain specified times during the day. Linnaeus, the great botanist, once said that if he had a conservatory containing the right kind of soil, moisture and temperature, he could tell the time of day or night by the flowers that were open and those that were closed!

The lives of each of you may be ordered by the Lord in a beautiful way for His glory, if you will only entrust Him with your life. If you try to regulate your own life, it will only be a mess and a failure. Only God, who made your brain and heart, can successfully guide them to a profitable end.

I HOPE YOU FIND THIS AS FASCINATING AS I DID.

May God Bless You In Ways You Never Even Dreamed.

Journeys!

Life is a Journey!
Some long and some short.
But it's an accomplishment in every life.
We can't see the end results but God knows it all.
It's like a puzzle coming together for all to see.

Character

A charge to keep I have. What is a charge?  To lay on or impose, as a task, duty, or trust; to command, instruct, or exhort with authority; to enjoin; to urge earnestly; as, to charge a jury; to charge the clergy of a diocese; to charge an agent.
It is a thin line between “you” which is life and your spiritual assignment. It's so easy for the two to intertwine. God's walk for you and your everyday life is two different things. This goes back to where the bible speaks of worldly things and the spiritual world. This is being taught but not in every aspect.  Example, you can’t take your love for someone and inflict it upon the church. You can't use the church to show your love for someone.  The church is about spiritual work. It is hard to keep the two separate when functioning every day. Church business should be separated. God give man an order to love his wife as he loved the church. This is why it is hard to separate your love for the church and your spouse.

1 Kings 2:3 And keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself:

Stand Your Ground

Stand your Ground"
(The spiritual Version)

By all means stand on the word of God.

Do not, I repeat do not let the enemy invade your camp ground.

Fill your territory with praise and song.

Let the word of your mouth and the meditation of your heart be acceptable in God's sight.

Do not fight your battle on earth but in spiritual high places.

Put on the Whole Armor of God.

Most of all, Love thy neighbor.

Doors

Revelation 3:8 I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.

Taking Flight

1 Corinthians 15:51-52

51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed 52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.

A New Dawn

Dawn represent a new day is about to begin.

Definition-new (n, ny) adj. new·er, new·est. 1. Having been made or come into being only a short time ago; recent: a new law. 2. a. Still fresh: a new coat of paint.

What does it mean "something is new"? I related this with being born again.

A born-again Christian is someone who has repented of their sins and turned to Christ for their salvation, and as a result has become part of God's family forever.

The  passage from the Bible that answers this question is John 3:1-21. The Lord Jesus Christ is talking to Nicodemus, a prominent Pharisee and member of the Sanhedrin (the ruling body of the Jews). Nicodemus had come to Jesus at night with some questions.

As Jesus talked with Nicodemus, He said, “‘I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.’ ‘How can a man be born when he is old?’ Nicodemus asked. ‘Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!’ Jesus answered, ‘I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, “You must be born again”’” (John 3:3-7).

The phrase "born again" literally means "born from above." Nicodemus had a real need. He needed a change of his heart—a spiritual transformation. "New Birth", being born again, is an act of God whereby eternal life is imparted to the person who believes (2 Corinthians 5:17; Titus 3:5; 1 Peter 1:3; 1 John 2:29; 3:9; 4:7; 5:1-4, 18). John 1:12, 13 indicates that being "born again" also carries the idea of "becoming children of God" through trust in the name of Jesus Christ.

Rainbow in the Sky

Genesis 9:12-13

English Standard Version (ESV)
12 And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant that I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations: 13 I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth.

In Days Like These

God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost speaks to us through his word and through actions of man; the word speaks of the wickedness of man. Man's heart waxing cold, lovers of their selves. God destroyed a whole city because man was lusting after other men. Who would not believe the word that's speaking of times like these: Cold hearted murderers; killing innocent people, baby's being taken advantage of. If Satan has never been on his game, he is busy now destroying as the word speaks. Saints, we need to get on our "A" game. We can't stop the word from fulfilling but we can keep urging man to turn to God!

The Innocence Of Prayer

The innocence of prayer
Before day in the morning
Calling on Jesus
Calling Out names
Oh help us all Lord
For we know not what we do
Bless the innocence
 Touch somebody's heart today
Oh mighty God
The homeless
The government
Each and every one of us
Protect our children
Touch our body
We cry out to you for all
You know us better than we know ourselves
You know our beginning and our end
Help us make the right choices
Help us to help others
Help us to give you honor at all times
All these prayers we pray in your name
Amen!

ANGELS

Angel on Earth/Angel in Heaven

21 years of age, life gone, poof as a cloud of smoke. Born to an unwed mother, her life was short lived but she touched so many others. She generated life where ever she went; always pleasant and inspiring to others. It wasn't what she said it was the way she incorporated her personality into the atmosphere. As time went on, in her own way, she was seeking the Lord. Stricken with sickness, she sort the Lord as her refuge, him  and  only him. The night she was found in demise a tape was found she was making/singing the song "Praise Him." Even now, I can imaging her knowing it was her time and she and only she made peace with the Lord.

Refill

Have you ever wondered why churches have so many services? Wednesday night services, bible study, Sunday school, church, church, and more church.

Refill
You refill your car when needed. When it's time to go to work try calling in saying, " I can't refill my car with gas"!

You restock your grocery. Try going to the kitchen and there is no food for a months.

In a political position, we have election occasionally to elect new officers. Why?
To bring in newideas and to keep one person from becoming so powerful.

When you are born, you go to school to enhance your intellect so that you
may be able to contribute to society.

So is it, with the word of God! Nothing stays the same. Everything need to be
 reborn, renewed and reinstated.

So, is it any difference with the word of God? Hmmm!

Valentine's Day

February has long been celebrated as a month of romance, and is like a mystery.. Valentine's Day, as we know it today, contains a traces of both Christian and ancient Roman tradition.

Saint Valentine is recognized in the  Catholic Church with at least three different saints named Valentine or Valentinus, all of whom were martyred.  Valentine was a priest who served during the third century in Rome. When Emperor Claudius II decided that single men made better soldiers than those with wives and families, he outlawed marriage for young men. Valentine, realizing the injustice of the decree, defied Claudius and continued to perform marriages for young lovers in secret. When Valentine's actions were discovered, Claudius ordered that he be put to death.

While some believe that Valentine's Day is celebrated in the middle of February to commemorate the anniversary of Valentine's death or burial--which probably occurred around A.D. 270--others claim that the Christian church may have decided to place St. Valentine's feast day in the middle of February in an effort to "Christianize" the pagan celebration of Lupercalia. Celebrated at the ides of February, or February 15, Lupercalia was a fertility festival dedicated to Faunus, the Roman God of agriculture, as well as to the Roman founders Romulus and Remus.
Lupercalia survived the initial rise of Christianity and but was outlawed—as it was deemed “un-Christian”--at the end of the 5th century, when Pope Gelasius declared February 14 St. Valentine's Day. It was not until much later, however, that the day became definitively associated with love. During the Middle Ages, it was commonly believed in France and England that February 14 was the beginning of birds' mating season, which added to the idea that the middle of Valentine's Day should be a day for romance.

Valentine greetings were popular as far back as the Middle Ages, though written Valentine's didn't begin to appear until after 1400. The oldest known valentine still in existence today was a poem written in 1415 by Charles, Duke of Orleans, to his wife while he was imprisoned in the Tower of London following his capture at the Battle of Agincourt. (The greeting is now part of the manuscript collection of the British Library in London, England.) Several years later, it is believed that King Henry V hired a writer named John Lydgate to compose a valentine note to Catherine of Valois.

Valentine's Day Greetings In the United States Valentine's Day began to be popularly celebrated around the 17th century. By the middle of the 18th, it was common for friends and lovers of all social classes to exchange small tokens of affection or handwritten notes, and by 1900 printed cards began to replace written letters due to improvements in printing technology. Ready-made cards were an easy way for people to express their emotions in a time when direct expression of one's feelings was discouraged. Cheaper postage rates also contributed to an increase in the popularity of sending Valentine's Day greetings.

Praise

Praise is honoring God for what he has done for you. Praise can be given by lifting of your hands, yelling out, crying and a Holy Ghost dance. Well, most would say “we don’t have a reason to Praise God”. If he woke you up this morning in your right mind, if you have a roof over your head, if he healed your body, if you have clothes on your back and food on your table. Then you owe God “Praise”. Glory!!!!!!

The "Holy Ghost"

Once you open up your heart and let the “Holy Ghost” in. It goes to places within in you so deep. It awakens the inter depth of your belly; A place where nothing else can dwell. Only the Spirit of God can communicate with you on this realm.  It gets in touch with things no others can. It gives you guidance in your life if you listen.   The Holy Ghost can sweep a room and at that moment everyone and everything is in sync.  It gives you a feeling just for a moment what “Heaven” is like. It’s that feeling inside of you when you know you're about to do something wrong but something deep inside is noying at you saying; don’t do it!! Don’t do it. "The Holy Ghost" Try it, you’ll like it.
